Our aim is to support our service user’s to become more independent. We do this by promoting their daily living skills and encouraging them to engage in the local community. We aim to identify and address each service user’s needs and wishes regardless of race or cultural background. We aim to provide a safe and homely environment where the staffs understand the need for the service user to be treated as an individual and with respect. Through comprehensive care planning the needs of the service users are identified and this includes religious needs.
