Our goal is to promote independence, ensure that privacy and dignity is always maintained. We try to promote a holistic approach to care where physical, social, and psychological needs are given equal importance and appropriate person centred care plans and interventions are in place.
We provide our service users different type of support such as Supported Living Projects and Outreach Support in the persons own home. Our other facilities and services: day care, close to local shops and amenities, wheelchair access, garden and lounge seating facilities for service users, Internet access, television point in own room. They are located well within the comunity with local bus & train links, Also within close proximitty to shops, GP and pharmacies.
