We have a small but dedicated and committed staff team and the organisation is committed to
training the care staff to NVQ level 2 or 3. The staff team have regular supervision and appraisal along
with training in subjects relevant to the client group ensuring that all staff is aware of the latest
initiatives in the care of adults with mental health, autistic spectrum disorder and learning disabilities.
Staffing levels are determined by the service users’ needs and we endeavour to ensure that there are
adequate staff’s members are on duty through the day and night. There are also senior staffs on call to
the home at any time; some of these staff is highly qualified.
